For hosts

We are working with any type of furnished accommodation that can be rented for the period between 1 and 6 months including privately owned apartments, hotels, apart-hotels, bed and breakfast.

Furnished apartment owners

If you own furnished apartment and would like to rent it for mid-term we can list it for you. You will need to choose minimum stay allowed between 2 and 6 months. Our listing fee is 5% per month and its charged only for completed bookings. Fee is charge at the first month so if tenant rent your apartment for 3 months for the rate of 1000$ per month our fee of 150$ is going to be charge when contract start.

By the law apartments without tourism license can’t be rented for less than 45 days.

Agents and agencies

If you are agent or agency having multiple properties that can be rented for 2-6 months you can use flat to find a tenants. We charge agents and agencies 2% commission per month rented. Fee is charge at the first month so if tenant rent your apartment for 3 months for the rate of 1000$ per month our fee of 60$ is going to be charge when contract starts.

Hotels, b&b`s and apart-hotels

If your place got valid tourism license you can list it on our website and find mid-term customer. We require to generate 28 days package. Our fee is 10% for every month rented.

Whats the rental procedure?

1. Fill up “Host form”

2. We will contact you to arrange photo sessions + 3D scanning.

3. Your property will appear on flat listing and you will start receiving eventual messages and booking requests by email.

When I need to pay fee?

You need to pay our fee only when guest successfully move-in your property. Fee must be paid within 7 days from your customer move-in.

Do I need to pay the fee on extension?

Yes, fee should be paid on extension as well.

Who need to prepare contract and receive payment?

Contracting and payment is handled completely by the landlord.
